Agnes L. (Hudak) Baum, age 91, of Alliance, died at 4:45 a.m. Friday, December 24, 2010, at Canterbury Villa.
She was born September 6, 1919, in Bergolz, Ohio, to Michael and Anna (Horvanec) Hudak.
Mrs. Baum graduated from high school and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in New Franklin.
Survivors include her sons, Ronald P. (Judy) Baum of Seattle, WA., and David M. (Kim) Baum of Homeworth; five grandchildren, Forrest, Jonathon, Laurel, Taylor, and Brandon; one great-grandson, Jack; four sisters, Margaret Buxton of Amsterdam, Clara Hilton of Bergolz, Elsie Dolvin of Hollywood, Fla., and Judy Kessler of Canton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul E. Baum, whom she married March 25, 1944 and who died November 7, 2005; son, Larry Baum; four brothers, Paul, Joe, Frank, and Mike Hudak; and three sisters, Anna Tompco, Mary Reifsnyder and Sue Hudak.
Services will be held at noon, Thursday, December 30, 2010 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Rev. Joseph Ertl officiating. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
