Alice May Cook

Alice May Cook, age 65, of Alliance, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at Community Care Center.
She was born January 7, 1953, in Salem, Ohio, to George and Mary J. (Naylor) Wilford.
Alice was employed at Mount Union College, Carnation Mall and Louie's Restaurant and was also an Avon sales associate.
She was of the Methodist faith and attended Christ United Methodist Church.
Her hobbies included crocheting, playing computer games, crafting, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. She enjoyed animals; including cows, cats and dogs.
Survivors include her mother, Mary; brothers, Daniel C. Phillips of Indiana; and James T. Phillips (Darlene Britt) of the home; daughters, Georgie Friedrich of Kansas City, Missouri and Mary Ann Keen of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; five grandchildren, Jessica, Jenna, Brianna, Sabrina and Aleesia; three great-grandchildren and her cat, Tiger.
Alice was preceded in death by her father, George, and fiancé, Jacob Dale May, on May 23, 2012.
Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery. A Celebration of Life service will be held with family and friends at a later date.
