Alois Goliat, age 80 of Alliance, died at 2:30 a.m. January 2, 2005 at McCrea Manor Nursing Center
He was born April 6, 1924 in Muljava, Yugoslavia.
Mr. Goliat was the owner of the former Alois Goliat Organ Pipe Shop in Buffalo, New York and later was employed at A.R. Schopp and Sons, Inc. in Alliance. He retired from Chrysler Corp. on Dec. 31, 1984.
Services will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Monsignor James Kolp officiating. Interment will be at Mount Union Cemetery.
