Andrew Zeigler

Andrew “Drew” Zeigler, age 52, of Alliance, passed away at 9:55 a.m. Monday, March 21, 2022 at Oakhill Manor after a brief illness.

Drew was born January 2, 1970 in Alliance, Ohio to Jesse R. Zeigler and Lucy A. Blake.

A graduate of Alliance High School, Drew worked as Manager at Arby’s and Pizza Hut before working as a Chef for area restaurants and country clubs.

An avid sports fan, Drew enjoyed golfing; watching the Redskins and Indians, but his biggest love was his family. He was the protector of ‘his girl’s”, loved being with his family, especially taking his granddaughter to the park.

Drew will be loved and missed by his family, which includes his mom, Lucy, his daughter, Kara Zeigler; his granddaughter, Riplee Roll; his sister, Jody (Robert) Ott; nieces and nephew, Alicia (Jeff) Tedrow, Eric (Amy) Strata, and Tracy (Francisco) Rios, several great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Drew was preceded by his father, his sister, Trudy, grandparents, and great-grandparents.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, March 24th at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Drew’s service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, following the visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to be used for their discretion.
