Angela Marie Lewis, age 35, of Alliance, died at 3:18 a.m. Monday, October 8, 2012, at her home.
She was born December 1, 1976, in Alliance, Ohio, to Joel Albert and the late Rose (Mowls) Albert.
Angela enjoyed cooking.
Survivors include her husband, Greg Lewis of Alliance; father, Joel Albert of Alliance; two daughters, Shaiyenne Albert of Alliance and Ailoni Albert of Louisville; three sons, Aijon Albert of Salem, Kyrell Keller of Alliance and Adar Lewis of Columbus; and several uncles and aunts.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, October 15, 2012, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. prior to the service.
