Ben Mathes Jr. age 67 of Alliance, died February 4, 2004 at the Arbors in Canton.
Mr. Mathes was born October 21, 1936 in Erwin, Tennessee to the late Ben and Cressie (McCann) Mathes, and lived in this area since he was 18.
He was employed at Alliance Pallet Company.
Survivors include one sister, Geraldine Bailey of Sebring, and two brothers, Duard Mathes of Alliance, and Dick Mathes of New Martinsville, West Virginia.
A private family service will be held Monday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Peters officiating.
