Bernice Louise (Armstrong) Culp, passed away at the age of 109, Tuesday, January 2, 2019 at Altercare of Alliance.
She was born April 12, 1909, in Unionport, Ohio to George and Elizabeth (Skaggs) Armstrong.
Bernice was a member of the First Christian Church, the Pythian Sisters and Senior Disciples of the Christian Church. She also was a member of AARP, Steel workers retirees and the Knox Area Senior Citizens.
Survivors include her children, Juanita Buttermore and James Culp, both of Alliance; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Culp, whom she married December 1, 1929; sisters, Harriett Dougherty and Mable Jones Pierce; brother, James Armstrong; daughter-in-law, Janet Culp; and a grandson, Tom Culp.
Per Bernice's request there will be no services. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
