Betty J. Frank, age 75 of Alliance, died at 7:04 p.m. Aug. 9, 2006 at Alliance Community Hospital with her family at her side.
She was born Dec. 22, 1930 in Alliance, Ohio to Irvin and Edna (Donnelly) Bell and was a lifelong Alliance resident.
Betty worked 30 years in the Marlington Middle School Cafeteria.
She was a member of the Alliance Baptist Temple and enjoyed being near her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Russell (Edith) Frank of Beaufort, SC, Theresa (John) Rohrer of Alliance, Joanne (Paul) Yost of Alliance, Mark (Justine) Frank of Alliance, and John (Chasity) Frank of Paris; sister, Dorothy (Nelson) Vance of Columbus, brother, Jim (Dorothy) Bell of Alliance; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Mabel and Ruth, and one brother, Robert.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Alliance Baptist Temple with Pastor Randy Payne officiating. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Sunday. Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
