Betty Lou Kaley, age 70 of Salem, and formerly of Alliance, died Monday morning, Nov. 7, 2005 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown.
Mrs. Kaley was born Jan. 6, 1935 in Graham Station, West Virginia to Cleo Arthur and Doma Gay (Kerns) Clark, and lived most of her life in Salem and Alliance.
A graduate of Alliance High School, she was formerly employed by Worthington Industries in Salem, retiring in 1997.
Betty Lou attended Alliance Evangelical Friends Church, enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and was an Elvis enthusiast.
Survivors include two sons, Randy K. (Yvette) Graham of Damascus, and Scott D. (Suzanne) Kaley of Salem; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Arthur (Johanna) Clark of Alliance, and Larry (Erma) Clark of Sebring; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Edward Lee Graham, her second husband, Ralph J. Kaley, one daughter, Rae Lynn Graham, and two sisters, Erma Hill and Lucy Campbell.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Quint Bryan of Sebring Friends Church officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
