Betty J. (Carter) Simpkins

Betty J. (Carter) Simpkins, age 75, of Alliance, passed away Friday March 22, 2019 at Altercare of Louisville.

She was born February 23, 1944 in Alliance, Ohio to Edwin and Verda (Galbreath) Carter.

A 1963 graduate of West Branch High School, Betty worked as a Nurses Aid and Heath Aid.

Survivors include her daughter, Marlowe (Jim) Kotolup, of North Canton; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters; three brothers; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Keith Simpkins, whom she married April 13, 1965 and who died December 27, 2013.

A private family service will be held.
