Blanche Insull, age 95 of Alliance, died at 10:16 p.m. February 15, 2006 at Alliance Community Hospital.
She was born July 28, 1910 in Birmingham, England to Charles and Wilhelmia (Clark) Insull.
A 1928 graduate of Alliance High School, Miss Insull worked as an Executive Secretary at the former First National Bank for 40 years. After retiring, she worked part-time for Bank One.
She is survived by her niece, Sandra Albrich Archer and her husband, Clark Archer; 7 great nieces and nephews, Rocky, Rory, and Ricky Archer, Tina Hope, Chanda Fiskin, Angelique Rudert, and Coleen Archer; and 6 great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Joan Albrich, who died in 1995.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Peters officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
