Bonnie Jean Miller

Bonnie Jean Miller, age 84, of Alliance, passed away at 2:04 p.m. December 10, 2021 at Canterbury Villa in Alliance.

She was born on October 6, 1937 in East Palestine, Ohio to William L. and Eliza I. (Veon) Crubaugh.

Bonnie was a member of the Cosmopolitan Club and the Lady Elks. She enjoyed camping, bowling, gardening and doing crafts, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Jeffrey D. (Lorie) Miller, Rodney A. (Marianne) Miller, Stephen L. Miller and Eric L. (Renee) Miller; six grandchildren, Dr. Jessica (Rick) Fluharty, Benjamin (Chetawni) Miller, William “Rich” (Teresa) Miller, Lauren Miller, Alex Miller and Blake Miller; greatgrandchildren,  Aubree and Owen Fluharty;  siblings,  Beverly (Marvin) Carpenter, Helen (Willie) Diehl, Sharon Bostwick, Marsha (Mark) Edwards, Gary (Maggie) Crubaugh, and Kathy Crowe; sister-in-law, Linda Crubaugh; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard Lee Miller, whom she married on November 19, 1955 and who passed August 15, 2020; two sisters, Betty Nelson and Marilyn Gillman; and three brothers, Paul Robert and Bill Crubaugh.

Services will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 14th, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call from 4- 6 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Bonnie will be laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with her late husband, Richard.
