Brian Craig Sandifer, age 45, of Alliance, formerly of Warsaw, Ohio died at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at Canterbury Villa.
He was born January 4, 1963 in Alliance to Jerry B and Nancy A. (Hilsmier) Sandifer.
A 1981 graduate of West Branch High School, Brian also attended Hocking Technical College. Brian loved the outdoors. He cared for the trees on the family tree farm and served as a shade tree intern for the City of Alliance. He also boarded dogs for years.
Brian was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church for 30 years.
He is survived by his parents; three brothers Alan (Terri) Sandifer of Casselberry, FL, Gary Sandifer of Brighton, CO and Stuart (Dayanna) Sandifer of Lafayette, CO; his grandmother, Betty Sandifer of Indianapolis, IN; four nieces; one nephew; three aunts and three uncles.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Rev. John Ferris of Christ United Methodist Church officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Moultrie Chapel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 470 E. Broadway St. Alliance, Ohio 44601.
