Bridget M. Artino, age 89 of Alliance, died at 6:30 a.m. Nov. 15, 2006 at Alliance Community Hospital.
She was born June 25, 1917 in Van-Voorhis, Pa. to Alfonso and Maria (Rodighiero) Cironi and lived in Alliance most of her life.
Mrs. Artino attended Alliance High School and worked as a drapery maker and seamstress.
A member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church, and member of Roma Society, Infant of Prague Society, and past member of the Alliance Woman's Club.
Survivors include brother Frank (Sylvia) Cironi of Alliance; sisters, Evelyn Watts of Orange, California, Betty Alexander of Northville, Michigan, and Rosalyn (Richard) Berry of Naples, Florida; numerous nieces and nephews; and sisters-in-law, Edith Cironi of Alliance, and Irene Cironi of Medina.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Anthony Artino, who died July 16, 1956; brothers, Edward and Louis, and sister, Martha Yeagley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 Noon Saturday at Regina Coeli Catholic Church with Fr. Michael Seifert officiating. Friends may call from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Interment will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
