Over the years, he enjoyed camping at Gott's Little Acres, Cutty's and currently was a member of P'na Sportsman Club. His hobbies included playing cards with his friends, watching Animal Planet and he loved celebrating the holidays and birthdays with his large family. He also had a surprising sense of humor with a subtle smile that we will never forget.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Joyce Ann (Moneypenny) Summers, with whom he would have celebrated 53 years of marriage on August 11th; his children, Bruce, Dianne (Bill) Arnold and David (Karen); grandchildren, Michael, Mandi, Tara, Kendra, Krista, Justin, Billy, Brieann, Matt, Jessica, Brianna and Drew. He is also survived by his siblings, Nonie (Jim) Toth, Roger (Janet) Summers; sister-in-law, Goldie Summers and brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Gloria Moneypenny. For more than 50 years, Bruce and Joyce were part of a circle of friends that provided laughter, friendship and countless good times. More importantly they have always been an endless source of love and support when it was needed most.
