Carmen Lily Wagner, born on the 11th day of October, 2013, became God's newest angel on the 13th day of October 2013.
She is survived by her parents, Keith Jr. and Stormey (Staley) Wagner; big sisters, Heaven May and Trinity Love of Alliance; grandparents, Carmen and Ralph Garnes of Alliance, Keith F. Wagner Sr. of Sebring, and Frank and Teresa Staley of Oklahoma; great-grandparents, Nelson and Mary Garnes of Alliance; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 18, 2013 at the First Church of God with Pastor Larry Murphy officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home, 75 S. Union Ave., Alliance, OH 44601.
