Carol Conrad

Carol Conrad, age 84, of Homeworth, passed away at her home surrounded by loving family on Sunday, May 15, 2022.
She was born June 17, 1937 to Harold and Nelly (Albright) Yoho in Alliance, OH. She graduated from Alliance High School.

Carol was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Alliance. She also was a leader for the Girl Scouts. She liked to travel, enjoyed fishing and camping in Canada. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and visiting with her extended family in Nebraska.

Survivors include three daughters Cindy (Cal) Wells of Alliance; Chris (Mike) Bandy of Homeworth, and Cathy Householder of Sheffield; a sister-in-law and lifelong best friend Sandy Conrad; grandchildren Dale Wells, Melissa McKissick, Sherri Wells, Robert Bandy, Steven Householder, William Bandy, James Householder, and Christopher Bandy; a sister-in-law Alyce Conrad; seventeen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and she will also be missed by many loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Floyd Conrad, whom she married December 23, 1961, and who died December 30, 2005, her brother Gerald Yoho, and son-in-law, Bill Householder.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 20th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home.

Services will be held on Saturday, May 21st at 1:00 p.m. at St Paul’s Lutheran Church of Alliance and friends may call one hour prior at the church. Reverend Timothy Muse will officiate.

Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
