Carol A Lincoln

Carol A. Lincoln, age 69, passed away peacefully at home on November 13, 2020.

She was born on February 11, 1951 to Charles and Ruth (Dooney) Sloat.

Carol graduated from Alliance High School in 1970. She served as a school crossing guard at the Alliance City Schools for 25 years.

Carol was a member of the Christopher Columbus Social Club. She enjoyed crafts, bowling, gardening and fishing.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, John Lincoln, whom she married February 17, 1968; her children, Jerry (Jenny Burns) Lincoln and Becky (Jeff) Lewis; her grandchildren, Marissa (Seth Hawkins) and Jonathan Lincoln and Kevin Schott; her great-granddaughter, Nymeria Everleigh Hawkins; and her siblings, Norma (Tom) Wilson, Linda (Willie) Davis, Sue Handy, Joe (Tammy) Sloat, William Sloat, Raymond Sloat, Timothy Sloat, Ruthie (Jack) Tunen and John Sloat.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ralph, Chuck and David; and her son, David.

A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 17 at 11 a.m. Friends may call on Monday November 16 from 6-8 p.m. Interment at Highland Memorial Park.
