Carol J Slusser

Carol J. Slusser, age 82, of Alliance, passed away on February 1, 2023.

She was born January 21, 1941, in Alliance, Ohio to Earl and Hazel Johnson LeMay.

A graduate of Alliance High School Carol worked as a billing clerk. She had been a member of Alliance Friends Church.

An avid reader, she loved singing in the church choir, watching James Bond movies and spending time with her family and friends.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Scott (Tammy) Slusser; grandchildren, Rachel Slusser and David Slusser; brothers, Albert (Linda) LeMay and Edwin (Joan) LeMay; and nieces and nephews spread across the country.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Margaret “Peg” Slusser-Stillrich.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Michael LeMay officiating.

Informal visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Saturday prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Oaks Foundation, 715 S. Johnson St. Sebring, OH 44672.
