Carol L. Woolf

Carol L. Woolf, age 85, of Alliance, passed away on January 23, 2023 at Canterbury Villa.

She was born in Alliance to Michael G. and Matilda (Tillie) Ameser.

Mrs. Woolf was a 1955 graduate of Alliance High School. Her employment began with Mount Union College, continuing with Universal Co-Op, T&W Stamping, Sancap, G&S Printing and retiring from Butler Wick in 2002.

Mrs. Woolf was a 50 year plus member of Christ United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Searchers Sunday School Class. Carol was a former member of UMW, Mile Branch Grange and a current member of the Alliance Senior Center.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Frank A. Woolf; a daughter, Denise Aeling (John Deutchman); her sons, Daniel M. (Lucinda) Feess and David R.  (Ardie) Feess; her sisters, Jeanne McLeod, Lois (Jim) Cunningham and Marian Miller; her brother, Michael G. (Lynne) Ameser Jr.; three grandsons, including a special grandson, Nathan D. Aeling; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands Minor L. Feess and Charles Dennis; a daughter-in-law, Cynthia J. Feess; and a brother, Mark D. Ameser.

A funeral service will be held at Christ United Methodist Church on Thursday, January 26th at 12:15 p.m. with Pastors John Partridge and Chris Martin co-officiating.

Friends may call prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
