Carolyn Lee Baxter, age 75, of Alliance, passed away at 4:40 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2015.
She was born January 22, 1940, in Alliance, Ohio, to Robert Baxter and Florence (Peshek) Hartzell.
A graduate of Alliance High School, Carolyn attended Maximo Zion Church.
Survivors include her brother, Michael (Diane) Cantwell of Alliance; one aunt, one uncle, three nieces and seven nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and stepfather, Walter Hartzell; and sister, Barbara Baxter Sineri.
Private family services will be held.
Memorial contributions may be made to Maximo Zion Church, or to the donor's choice of charity.
