Cathy D. Tucker

Cathy D. Tucker, age 65, of Alliance, passed away at 12:30 p.m., September 6, 2015 at the Cleveland Clinic.
She was born August 3, 1950, in Alliance Ohio, to Harold and Gertrude (Lelech) Bartlett.
A graduate of Marlington High School, Cathy retired after 24 years at Big Lots Department Store.
She was a member of the Lexington United Methodist Church. An avid reader, she was also a member of the Friends of the Rodman Public Library.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Tucker, whom she married July 7, 1968; two sons, Mark (Carolyn) Tucker and Jason (Paula) Tucker; grandchildren, Allison, Adam, Harrison, Madison, Izabella and Olivia; brother, Ronald (Lisa) Bartlett; nieces, Amanda DeMuth Metts, Rachel Bartlett and Gabrielle Bartlett; great nephew, Jackson Metts: mother-in-law, Faye Tucker; and sister-in-law, Pam (Richard) DeMuth.
Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Rusty Tucker; and father-in-law, Raymond Tucker.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2015, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral home with Pastor Scott Hayward of Lexington United Methodist Church and Pastor Steve Lowe of Damascus Friends Church officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, September 11, 2015. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family to be used for their discretion in care of Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home.
