Charles J. Kreiner

Charles J. Kreiner, age 67, of Alliance, passed away at 3:29 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2016 at Alliance Community Hospital.
He was born on July 27, 1948 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio to Steve and JoAnn Kreiner.
Chuck was a retired teacher, having taught in Akron, Warren and Alliance for 30 years. He was also a wrestling coach for many years at Alliance High School and founded the Top Gun Wrestling Tournament. Chuck was a realtor and auctioneer for 36 years presiding over his own company, Chuck Kreiner Auctions, and numerous charity auctions. He was passionate about Cleveland sports, animals, his former wrestlers and helping others.
Survivors include his best friend and wife of 39 years, Cynthia Kreiner; son, Paul Corp; daughter, Stephanie Kreiner and son-in-law, Seth Hooker; daughter, Allison Kreiner; grandchildren, Tayia Corp and John Paul Corp; sister, Janet Kreiner; and many other family, friends, business associates and pets.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Marcus Corp; and sister, Wendy Kreiner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Coach Kreiner Scholarship Fund at Huntington Bank.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2016 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Donald Hobson officiating. Friends may call from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2016 and one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
Internment is at Alliance City Cemetery.
