Charles L. Middleton, age 82, of Alliance, departed this earthly life on February 25, 2011, at McCrea Manor.
Charles entered this life on July 22, 1928, in Tralee, West Virginia, to Hattie Middleton.
He retired in 1993 from American Steel Foundries and his hobbies were gardening and working crossword puzzles.
Charles was a United States Army Veteran.
Left to cherish Charles' memories are his nephew and niece, John and Peaches Middleton, nephews, William Middleton Jr., Melvin Middleton, and Michael Middleton; and nieces, Melvina Middleton, Lenise Patton, and Benita Rattliffe.
Charles was preceded in death by his mother; his brother; William H. Middleton; nephew, Dr. Laverne D. Middleton, and sister-in-law, Benita Middleton.
Services will be held at Noon Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby Williams officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
