Charles Nutial, age 83, of Alliance, died at 4:44 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2007 at Alliance Community Hospital. He was born November 13, 1923, in Darlington, Pa, to Pete and Anna (Mirron) Nutial and was a lifelong resident of Alliance.
Charles graduated from Alliance High School and was a WWII U.S Army Veteran. He was employed at Transue Williams and retired from Alliance High School as a custodian.
Charles is survived by his wife, Patricia Nutial; brothers, George Nutial of Alliance, Bill (Mary) Nutial of Alliance; sister Mary Jane Gampo of Alliance, Virginia Pentilescu of Ocoee, Fla; father-in-law, Robert MacLean of Alliance; sister-in-law, Bonnie (Milt) Klausner of Canton; children, Scott (Mary) Nutial of Atlanta, Ga, daughter, Linda Nutial of Nashville, Tn; grandchildren Laura, Linda and Sarah Nutial, Jason, Joshua, Jonathan, and Jeffrey Zwick; step-children, Sue (Scott) Neil, Scott (Cheryl) Robertson, Lori (Steve) Keller, and Linda (Doug) Wonner; step-grandchildren, Amanda and Krystal Warner, Kara, Kacy, and Ryan Robertson, Kurt and Nicole Keller, Kristen and Kyle Simon and Devin Wonner, great-granddaughter, Avery Zwick and many nieces and nephews.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Elizabeth Mudore, Pauline Domencetti, three infant sisters and 1st wife Annie (Sas) Nutial.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Father Gregory Duma officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Theodore's Romanian Catholic Church, 820 N. Linden Ave, Alliance, Ohio 44601.
