Cheryl Fontaine

Cheryl Fontaine, age 76, of Alliance, passed away on June 16, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her family.

She was born on July 15, 1945 in Alliance to George Alfred and Evelyn Elizabeth (Mergenthaler) Worley.

Cheryl was the manager at Hardees for over 20 years and served as a school crossing guard. She was a member of the First Church of God and the Twins Club. Cheryl enjoyed crocheting and playing games like Bingo, Yahtzee, Cards and doing puzzles. Most of all, she loved being around her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jim; her children, William (Traci) Difloure, Kimberly (Kenny) Rhome, Kevin (Karen) Difloure; twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; siblings, Jeannie, Dennis, and Debbie; half-siblings, Jeff, Jason, Terra and Gina; step-sister, Lori; step-mother, Kay; and best friend, Stacia Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Jack, Richard, and Ronnie Worley; a granddaughter; and a great-grandchild.

A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Thursday, June 23rd at 7:00 p.m. with a visitation two hours prior.
