Cheryl A. (Pinney) Orlando, age 56, of Marco Island, Florida, formerly of Alliance, passed away at 3:50 p.m. January 4, 2014.
She was born July 8, 1957, in Warren, Ohio, to Harold and Susan (Freeman) Pinney.
A 1975 graduate of Alliance High School, Cheryl was employed at Marco Island YMCA.
Cheryl loved her dogs, her family and playing in the waves at the beach.
Survivors include her mother, Susan (Freeman) Pinney; daughter, Danielle Orlando of Sterling Heights, Michigan; son, Joseph Orlando of Alliance; siblings, Sandy (Steve) Morris; Terry (Anna) Pinney, Laurie (Phil) Hostetler, David (Melissa) Pinney, Linda Donas, and Michael (Denise) Pinney.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Pinney; and sisters, Peggy Craig and Debbie Rastetter.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, January 24, 2014, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. A private service and interment will be held after at Fairmount Memorial Park.
