Christopher Paul Skubiak

Christopher Paul Skubiak, age 64 of Alliance, passed away at his home Saturday, May 23, 2015.
He was born February 18, 1951 in Canton, Ohio to Joseph and Ann (Iwanyszyn) Skubiak Sr.
Chris graduated from Canton College and worked as an Internal Auditor for Standards Testing Labs in Massillon.
He attended First Christian Church, and was a member of the former St. Paul's Catholic Church in Canton. Chris enjoyed working on cars, attending car shows, bike rides, sitting by the ocean watching dolphins, and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife Debbie (Moffett) Skubiak, whom he married November 18, 1989; step-daughter, Melissa (Gary) (Franks) Krenzer; step-son, Andrew (Joanna) Franks; four granddaughters; one grandson; brother, Joseph Skubiak Jr.; sister, Annette (Dean) (Skubiak) Dressler; and nephew Matthew (Dara) Dressler.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday May 29, 2015 at First Christian Church with Pastor Aaron Phillips officiating. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home.
Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
