Clara Prickett

Clara Marie Prickett, age 87, of Alliance, died at 12:45 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2008 at Community Care Center.
She was born August 21, 1920 in Coshocton, Ohio, to Ross and Ada Wilden Leech and was a lifelong Alliance area resident.
Clara was a member of the Silver Park Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband Kenneth L. Prickett, Sr. whom she married in 1940; daughters, Shirley Ann Prickett of Alliance, Nancy Lee Prickett of San Antonio, TX, Barbara Moore of Alliance; sons, Kenneth Prickett Jr. of Salem, Larry Dean Prickett of Canton, Michael Prickett of Lakemore; grandchildren, Rebecca Popkin, Kimberly Rodie, Mindy Sinclair, Scott Prickett and Jenny Bell; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Janet Mohre of FL; Rose Mowen of Lexington Twp. and Lillie Noling of Sebring; and brothers, Theodore Leech of Canton and Robert Leech of Alliance.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Kevin; sisters, Kathleen Cooksie and Betty McCann; and brothers, Glen, Carl, William, Delbert, and Lloyd.
Services will be held at 1:30 pm Saturday March 8th at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Ed Holcomb officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Atwater Cemetery.
