Claradell Heslep, age 74, was taken home by her Lord at 9:10 a.m. on Monday, January 14, 2008 at the scene of an accident. She was born October 3, 1933 to Michael and Rosetta Katherine (Brunner) Mikol. Claradell was the devoted wife of James Heslep, whom she married on June 12, 1957. She was a graduate of Alliance High School, was employed by the former Royal China and retired from Copeland Oaks in Sebring in 1996. She was a member of the Alliance Christian Center, was loved by everyone who met her and loved and served everyone. In addition to her loving husband, she leaves to cherish her memories; her daughters, April Mae Heslep of Massillon and Sharon Renee (Lynn) Bortoli of Alliance; her sons, Jeffrey James (Terri Lynn) Heslep of Alliance and Michael Irwin Heslep of Alliance; 12 grandchildren, Candi, Jacquelyn, Josiah, Luke, Matthew, Nathan, Eric, Adam, Rachael, Saundra, Kassie and Michael; 14 great grandchildren; devoted sister Freda McCune of Alliance and Diana L. (John) Armiston of N. Benton, two brothers, George W. (Sheila) May of Alliance and Jacob D. May of Alliance and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter, Robin K. Heslep; brother, Michael E Mikol; three sisters, Frances L. Bowman, Emma V. Eddy and Laura E. May. Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Alliance Christian Center with Pastor Paul Dykshoorn officiating. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home.
