Clayton Allen Collins, infant son of Samantha Hotelling and Steven A. Collins, Sr., went to be with the Lord at 12:34 p.m. Friday, September 5, 2014 at Aultman Hospital.
Clayton is loved by many and missed by all.
He is survived by his parents; and grandparents, Davy (Patricia) Collins of Alliance and Barb Rowe also of Alliance.
A celebration of life ceremony will be from 4 to 5 p.m. Friday, September 19, 2014, at The Salvation Army with Lieutenant D. Matt Hamilton presiding.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Alliance Salvation Army, 57 W. Main St., Alliance, OH 44601.
Arrangements are by Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home.
