Constance "Connie" "Moose" (Bernart) Sparks, age 62, of Alliance, passed away at 9:45 a.m., Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at her home.
She was born January 7, 1952, in Alliance, Ohio, to Gustave and Mary (Collins) Bernart.
Constance was employed as an STNA for more than twenty years. She loved nature, the outdoors and the beach.
Survivors include her mother, Mary; daughter, Christina (Frank Jr.) Minear of Alliance; longtime companion and friend, Ted Emplit of Alliance; grandchildren, Kalib, Deven, Matthew, Ava and Alaina Minear, all of Alliance; brothers, Mike (Ginny) Bernart of Oklahoma, Pat (Kathy) Bernart of California, Margaret (Bob) Burns of Alliance, Louise (Bo) Early of South Carolina and Francis (Leslie) Bernart of North Canton and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and an infant son.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, August 25, 2014, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Kirk Martin of Alliance Christian Center officiating. Friends may call 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., prior to the service. Interment will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
