David A. Charlton

David A. Charlton, age 59, of Alliance, died suddenly at 12:40 p.m., Thursday, May 23, 2013, at his home with his mother by his side.
He was born December 7, 1953, in Alliance, to Franklin J. and Margaret (Swecker) Charlton.
David graduated from Alliance High School. He was formerly employed by Alliance Community Hospital as a nurse's assistant.
He was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church. He enjoyed going to garage sales and being with his friends and church family.
David was a very kind and caring person.
Survivors include his mother, Margaret Charlton, of Alliance; special cousin, Doris Kuntze of Sebring; and a special aunt, Della Maschauer of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his father, Franklin Charlton, who died January 14, 2005.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Karl Stonebraker officiating. Friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
