Deborah Moreland

Deborah Moreland, age 65, of Canton, passed away on May 16, 2022.

She was born on April 20, 1957 in Alliance to Harold and Margaret (Smith) Ellsworth.

Deborah graduated from Stark State College with a degree in accounting. She was very active and loved the outdoors. When she wasn’t outside, Deborah enjoyed doing puzzles. She was a woman of strong faith.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Carrie (Andy) Kutscher and Ben (Heather) Moreland; grandchildren, Micah and Emery Evans, Kayla Caley and Tyler Evans and Drew Kutscher; great-grandchildren, Brynlee Caley and Adalyne Vocha; siblings, Ruth Weigand, Margie Fitzgerald, Wayne Ellsworth, Irene Shea, Karen Willard, Twila Painter, Elaine Roberts, Cheryl Urdiales, and Ron Ellsworth; and sisters-in-law, Judy Ellsworth and Wanda Ellsworth.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Orville, Willie, Pete and Jimmy Ellsworth, Yvonne Oyster, Maryelva Urdiales, Carol Ellsworth and Sandy Kepner.

A visitation will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Thursday, May 19th from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, May 21st at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery in Alliance.
