Dena Christine Porter

Dena Christine Porter, age 68, of Alliance, passed away on May 3, 2021.

She was born on January 20, 1953 in Alliance to Lola Eddy and Daniel Hall.

Dena worked as personnel representative for Longaberger Baskets, was the co-owner of The Hangout and manager at the Elks Lodge. She also volunteered at The Dante Club.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Angela Christine Howe and Brook Rachele Porter; grandchildren, Haley Mobley, Devyn Howe, Christian Porter and Robert “RJ” Porter; great-grandson, Cooper Litten; and siblings, Bonnie Hall, Sharon Vance and John Hall.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Richard Hall.

A funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, May 7th at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Justin Vance officiating.  Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. prior to the service.
