Dennis W. Adkins, age 71, of Deerfield, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Select Specialty Hospital in Akron.
He was born September 20, 1945 in Meadow Bridge, WV to Herman and Grace (Vandall) Adkins.
Dennis retired as a telephone contractor form Tom's Installation and he enjoyed bowling and fishing with his grandchildren.
His survivors include his wife of 45 years, Patricia (Kaley) Adkins; son, Ryan (Carrie) Adkins; daughter, Candence Appicelli; grandchildren, Andrea, Felicia, Elizabeth, and Delaney; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Franklin, Sam, and Eddie Adkins; and sister, Sandy Hoover.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Bill and Don Adkins.
Per Dennis's wishes, no services will be held.
