Dennis R. Tasker

Dennis R. Tasker, Age 72, passed away at Alliance Community Hospital on October 6, 2020.

He was born in Alliance, Ohio to Tom and Irene (Vargo) Tasker.

Dennis was a graduate of Alliance High School. He was the creator and owner of Taskers Body Shop for over 30 years until his son Mark took over.

He was a member of South Side Church of God. Dennis was also a member of the Elks. He enjoyed working on old cars and motorcycles, as well as golfing. Dennis especially loved spending time with family.

He served honorably in the United States Coast Guard.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Deborah Tasker whom he married on December 7, 1976; his son, Mark A. Tasker; his daughter, Denise Tasker; grandchildren, Dylan Joseph Tasker and Finnegan Thomas Fretter; brothers Thomas (Linda) Tasker and David (Debbie) Tasker; and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and many friends.

A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Monday October 12th at 12:00 p.m. friends may call one hour prior as well as Sunday October 11th from 6-9 p.m.
