Dolores Knipp

Dolores (Gulling) Knipp, age 97, of Alliance, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at her home. 

She was born on September 24, 1927 in Alliance, to Blanche and Benard Gulling. She worked at Alliance Rubber for over 20 years. She was a member of Vine Street United Methodist Church. Dolores loved to watch old movies including westerns. She also enjoyed traveling and camping. More than anything, Dolores loved spending time with her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts and minds of those who loved her and the lives that were touched by her. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Darlene Aberegg (Darlene passed away two days after her mother); grandchildren, David Aberegg, Danielle and Joe Fullerton and Deanna and Joe Collins; great-grandchildren, Briana, Shannon, Olivia, Jasen, and Erik Aberegg, Makayla, Allen, and Wayne Korosy Jr.; and great-great-grandchildren, Lilliana Clayton and Stanley Clayton IV. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, John Knipp.

A combined visitation for Dolores and her daughter, Darlene will be held Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Thursday, January 30th from 4:00-6:00 p.m.

A combined funeral service for Dolores and her daughter, Darlene will be held at the funeral home on Friday, January 31st at 11:00 a.m.
