Dominick J. Polsinelli

Dominick J. Polsinelli, age 74, was called home on January 15, 2025. 

He was born on December 13, 1950, in Canton, to Guido and Helen (McCluskey) Polsinelli.

Dominick attended St. Thomas Aquinas and graduated from Glen Oak High School. He worked at Timken for 15 years then worked at Roadway Trucking until his retirement. Dominick attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Alliance and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Dominick always had a passion for classic muscle cars and owned several throughout his life. He also enjoyed making his homemade wine to share with family and friends. Anyone who knew Dominick loved his great sense of humor and his beautiful loving heart. 

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Barbara (Hirsch) Polsinelli; daughter, Olivia Polsinelli; grandson, Griffin Dominick Brady; brother, Joseph (Joni) Polsinelli; sisters, Maggie (Frank) Polsinelli-Haidet and Theresa Al-Ali; lifetime friends, Don and Patty Libertore; brothers-in-law, Matthew (Colleen) Hirsch and Mark (Heidi) Hirsch, David Hirsch; sister-in-law, Christyne Mullins; and several cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. 

Dominick was preceded in death by his parents. 

A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Calling hours will be held from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. 

A celebration of life luncheon will be held following the service, details will be shared at the service. Interment will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
