MR. DON LEE WAGNER SEPTEMBER 6, 1934 - SEPTEMBER 23, 2007
Mr. Don Lee Wagner, age 73 died of cancer on Sunday, September 23, 2007 at his home in Anderson, S. C. He was born in Alliance, Ohio and lived in Akron, Barberton and Mentor, Ohio. Fluid Controls transferred him to Easley, SC. He and his wife, Judy moved to Anderson when he retired from Danfoss (Fluid Controls) as plant manager after twenty-six years of service.
Don will be remembered for his service at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, the Anderson Free Clinic, medical missions to Cange, Haiti and his fund raising for the school in the village of Bois Joli, Haiti.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-one years, Judith Ann Wagner; daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Adrian Fawbush of Marietta, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Diane Fawbush of Marietta, GA, Beth Wagner and Daniel Wagner, both of Anderson, S.C.; great granddaughter, Courtney Vogh of Marietta, GA.
The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with Reverend Dr. Paul R. Cooper officiating. A Funeral Service with interment will follow on Thursday, September 27, 2007 in Alliance, Ohio.
The family will receive friends at the McDougald Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 24, 2007.
