Donald L. Lanham

Donald L. Lanham, age 76, of Bergholz, passed away at 7:26 a.m., Sunday, September 13, 2015, at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville.
He was born March 19, 1939, in Buchannon, West Virginia to Ivan and Audra (Beckner) Lanham.
Donald had worked for the railroad for 30 years as a mechanic and he enjoyed hunting.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel (Whaley) Lanham; children, Karen Lanham of Alliance, Brent Lanham of Bergholz, Linda (Mike) Richards, of Alliance, Bonnie Cline of Alliance, Matthew (Billy) Lanham of Wolf Run, Nelson (Theresa) Lanham of Homeworth and Matthew Lanham Jr of Bergholz; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and siblings, Bill Lanham of Arizona, Francis Chedester of West Virginia, Gene (Linda) Lanham of Minerva and Norma (Charlie) Lloyd.
Preceding him in death were his parents; a brother, Charles Lanham; and son-in-law, Dennis Cline.
A Celebration of Donald's Life will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., prior to the celebration. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to be used for their discretion.
