Donna J. Shade

Donna June (Wayt) Shade, age 79, of Alliance, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, in her home with her husband and daughters present.

She was born August 8, 1943 in Alliance, Ohio to Raymond and Vedna (Pendergast) Wayt.

A proud graduate of Sebring McKinley High School, Donna worked as a Time Keeper Clerk at Alliance Manufacturing, and also a Cashier at Kmart, and then Henry’s Bi-Rite in Twinsburg with her husband, and daughter, Amy.

Donna attended the Chapel in Marlboro.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Larry Shade; daughters, Jill (Mike) Anstine, and Amy (Jeff) Simmons; grandchildren, Josh (Lindsey) Anstine, Emily (Eric) Falcone, Sarah (Baha) Muminov, Dylan Simmons, and Drew Simmons; great-grandchildren, Maggie and Jacob Anstine; and brother, Roger (Beth) Wayt.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Per Donna’s wishes, no services will be held.
