Dorothy Hepburn

Dorothy June Hepburn, age 85, of Alliance, died at 9:25 p.m. January 4, 2005 at McCrea Manor Nursing Center.
Mrs. Hepburn was born in Canton, Ohio on June 10, 1919 to Harry and Marguerite (Becker) Gibner, and was a 1937 graduate of McKinley High School.
She was employed as a telephone operator for Ohio Bell, then Macomber Inc., Merrill Lynch, before working for Timken Roller Bearing.
Mrs. Hepburn was a member of the Elks Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband Dwight Hepburn, whom she married Oct. 31, 1946, two daughters Holly L. (Jeff) Dixon of Alliance, and Kathy A. (John) Hoover of Alliance, one grandson Michael (Shannon) White of Alliance, one granddaughter Nicole (Steve) Kray of N. Kingsville, Ohio and one great-grandson Jordan White.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Mary Jane Krantz.
