Douglas C. Borland

Douglas C. Borland, age 58, of Alliance, passed away at Aultman Hospital on December 17, 2020.

He was born on August 30, 1962 in Alliance to Robert and Janet (Hutson) Borland.

Douglas graduated from Marlington High School in 1980. He worked as a shop foreman for Air Quality Control in St. Petersburg, FL and later as a technician for Southern Services Heating and Air in Lexington, NC. Douglas loved working on the farm in Salineville.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother; siblings, Robert (Patti) Borland of St. Petersburg, FL and Janice (Robert) Gibson of Alliance; grandson, Stanley Goddard Jr of Baltimore, MD; cousin, Allen Webster of Minerva; and nieces, TommieSue (Wendell) Doak of Alliance, Bobbie Jo Spiering of Marydel, DE.

He was preceded in death by his father; son, John Riley Borland; and daughter, Erika Marie Borland

No funeral service will be held per Douglas’ wishes.
