Earl "Vic" Moseley Jr., age 85 of Louisville, passed away at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Alliance Community Hospital.
He was born January 13, 1925 in Alliance, Ohio to Earl Victor and Gladys O. (Shriver) Moseley Sr. and lived in Alliance most of his life.
Vic graduated from Alliance High School and was employed by UNISYS Corporation, formerly Burroughs Corp as a Field Service Engineer. He retired from W. J. Egli Company in 1990.
Mr. Moseley was a U. S. Navy WWII veteran. A member of First Christian Church, he sang in the choir for more than sixty years.
Survivors include his wife, LeNora Jane (West) Moseley, whom he married Jan. 20, 1990; daughter, Linda Moseley of Magnolia, son, James Moseley of Georgetown, Kentucky; grandson, Courtland of Columbus; step-daughter, Janice Lee Bowman of Dublin, Ohio; two step-grandsons, Brent and Kyle of Cleveland; and one sister, Mada Harrison of Wisconsin.
Vic was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Dorothy (Denney) Moseley; and one brother, Richard.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, June 18, 2010 at First Christian Church with Pastor Pam Bruno and Sue DeHoff officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
