Edna A. Myers, age 92, of Alliance died at 11:15 a.m. Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Community Care Center.
She was born April 5, 1917 in Alliance to Leslie L. and Bessie (Jebavy) Baylor.
Mrs. Myers was a graduate of Alliance High School and a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church. She was past treasurer of the Alliance Community Hospital Auxiliary, member of the Alliance Senior Center, the YWCA, and a sponsor for the Carnation City Players.
Survivors include her brother, Dale (Mary Lou) Baylor of Alliance; eight nieces and nephews; and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur Myers; and a brother, Paul Baylor.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2009 at Highland Memorial Park with visitation from 1-1:30 p.m. prior to the service.
