Eileen R. Parrish

Eileen R. (Blanchard) Parrish, age 84, of Maximo, passed away at 4:33 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2016, at Alliance Community Hospital.
She was born December 7, 1931, in Paris, Ohio, to Harold and Pauline (Becker) Blanchard.
A graduate of Louisville High School, Eileen was a member of Beechwood United Methodist Church and for seven years, served as an advisor for 4H.
Survivors include her husband, R. Floyd Parrish whom she married on December 11, 1949; children, Carol (Andy) Fisk of Wooster, Donald (Debbie) Parrish of North Carolina, Bruce (Susan) Parrish of Alliance, Dennis Parrish of Modoc, IN, Sonya (Dean) Custer of Alliance and Sue Ellen Cunin of Louisville; 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and sister, Marjorie Parrish of Ostrander, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Dale, Ralph and Eldon Blanchard.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Beechwood United Methodist Church with Pastor Bob Miller officiating. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
