Eldora J. Vance age 78, of Alliance died at 1:50 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center.
She was born May 21, 1933, in Franklin, West Virginia, to Robert Joseph and Masel Fannie (Mulenix) Warner.
Dorie worked as a housekeeper at Copeland Oaks and was a member of the Liberty Bible Church.
Survivors include her sons, Donald E. (Barbara) Vance of Cedarville, OH and Dennis H. (Janet) Vance of Alliance; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jack (Freda) Warner of Glendale, AZ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Vance, who died in 1973; daughter, Charlene Vance Dotson; sisters, Leona and Virginia; and brothers, Garland and Zolie.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 16, 2012, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Phillips officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
