Elizabeth K. "Betsy" Gabelt, age 43 of Alliance, died at Mercy Medical Center at 1:20 a.m. Tuesday October 19, 2004.
Betsy was born April 11, 1961 in Alliance, Ohio to Robert H. and Mary Catherine (Michl) Stone and was a lifelong area resident.
A 1979 graduate of Alliance High School, she graduated in 1988 from Mount Union College with a degree in accounting.
Mrs. Gabelt was employed as the Office Manager at Alliance Title Services.
Survivors include her mother Mary Catherine Stone of Alliance, her husband Scott Gabelt, whom she married July 21, 1987, four daughters, Carrie Lynn King of Alliance, Cassie Elizabeth Gabelt, Anna Catherine Gabelt, and Emma Porter Gabelt, all of the home; one brother Atty. Robert H. (JoAnne) Stone Jr. of Alliance, and one sister Amelia (Michael) Johanson of Medina.
Betsy was preceded in death by her father, Atty. Robert H. Stone Sr.
A Private Memorial Service will be held at Regina Coeli Catholic Church with Fr. Michael Seifert officiating.
