Elizabeth L. "Liz" Jones, age 86, of Beloit, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014, at her son's home.
She was born July 8, 1928, in Maximo, Ohio to Allen and Margaret (Polus) Oswalt.
Elizabeth was a Jehovah Witness and a homemaker who enjoyed being with her grandchildren, gardening and caring for her pets.
Survivors include two daughters, Nora (Richard) Gossiaux of Indianapolis, IN and Brenda Pedicord of Sebring, OH; three sons, Dennis (Debbie) Jones of Dungannon, OH, Jerry (Sandra) Jones and Scott (Michelle) Jones both of Beloit, Oh.; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents; husband, Carl; three sons, Carl Q., Frank J. and Larry E. Jones; three brothers and four sisters.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 26, 2014 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Cassaday-Turkle-Funeral Home.
